Terms & Conditions
Last updated:
Short version: be decent, don't steal people's work, follow Discord's rules, and use mods at your own risk.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to libpaste.win (“the site”) and the LibPaste Discord server. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
2. What LibPaste is
LibPaste is an independent Discord server for VR modding (it shows up as “Vertex” on Discord). This website just tells you about it.
3. No affiliation
LibPaste is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc., Meta Platforms, Inc., or any game developer or publisher. All product names, logos and brands mentioned belong to their respective owners.
4. Discord rules apply
When you join our server you also agree to Discord's Terms of Service (opens in a new tab), Discord's Community Guidelines (opens in a new tab) and the rules posted in the server. Moderators can remove anyone who breaks them.
5. Mods are used at your own risk
Mods, tools, files and guides shared in the community are provided “as is”. Modding can break games, corrupt saves, or go against a game's terms of service and get your account restricted or banned, especially in online multiplayer.
- Check the rules of every game before you use mods in it.
- Back up your files before installing anything.
- Only run files from people you trust, and scan downloads before opening them.
You are responsible for how you use any mod or tool.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use the site or the community to:
- break the law, or help someone else do it;
- share malware, account stealers, token grabbers or anything built to harm people, their devices or their accounts;
- harass, threaten or dox anyone;
- re-upload or sell other people's work without their permission.
7. Content and copyright
The site's text, design and logo belong to LibPaste unless stated otherwise. Mods and creations shared by members belong to their creators. If you believe something shared through LibPaste infringes your rights, email contact@kylothemodder.xyz with the details and we'll look into it quickly.
8. Links to other sites
The site links to Discord and other third-party sites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
9. No warranty
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don't promise it will always be online, error-free, or that every piece of information is complete and up to date.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, LibPaste and its team are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, the community, or any mod, tool or file shared there. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, for example for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
